Pure Roots Integrative Health

The Inspiration

There is a magnificent and powerful source of energy within all life. The human body has the capacity heal itself once balance is restored, and alignment with this source energy is remembered on a consistent basis. Pure Roots Integrative Health is here to help you restore and realign. Each person is treated as a whole, and the root cause of disharmony is healed. With effective treatment plans, managing health concerns becomes easier, and healing becomes a reality.

Everyone has a process to go through as their existence unfolds. This process can include physical, emotional, or spiritual challenges, health issues, or traumas, and the healing and evolution that occurs through these challenges. There are many therapies that can increase the innate healing potential, and in time, Pure Love and Light will radiate from the Roots up. When your Roots are nourished and you have awareness of your Pure essence, health and wellness begin to flow effortlessly. You can naturally live in harmony with your body.

'Integrative Health' applies to integration of Naturopathic modalities, and Energetic Mind-Body techniques. Within the psychosomatic model of healing, the integration of past conditioning, needs to occur for wholeness to be realized. The past does not have to dictate the quality of your present or future moments. Sessions with Dr. Jan allow you to integrate all parts of yourself, to find freedom in body, mind, and spirit, so that you can shine brightly in your purest most radiant form!
